Ingredients For palm beach shrimp

  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp
    pickle relish
  • 1 tsp
    chopped celery
  • 1 tsp
    prepared mustard
  • 1/2 c
    chili sauce
  • 1 tsp
    green pepper
  • 2
    hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 2 lb
    shrimp, cleaned and cooked

How To Make palm beach shrimp

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients except shrimp. Refrigerate about 24 hours. Several hours before serving, combine sauce with cooked shrimp and refrigerate until serving time. Serve on a plate of lettuce. Makes 4 servings.
