Ingredients

1/2 c
mayonnaise
2 Tbsp
pickle relish
1 tsp
chopped celery
1 tsp
prepared mustard
1/2 c
chili sauce
1 tsp
green pepper

hard-boiled eggs, chopped
2 lb
shrimp, cleaned and cooked

Step-By-Step

1Combine all ingredients except shrimp. Refrigerate about 24 hours. Several hours before serving, combine sauce with cooked shrimp and refrigerate until serving time. Serve on a plate of lettuce. Makes 4 servings.
