Ingredients
- 1/2 pound small frozen cooked shrimp, peeled & thawed
- 1/2 cup sun-dried julienned tomatoes, packed in olive oil
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 8 - kalamata (greek) olives, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli, chopped, cooked
How To Make mediterranean inspired shrimp

Step 1Heat tomatoes and the oil they come in in a large skillet. Add chopped onion and cook until starting to soften. Add mushrooms.

Step 2When mushrooms are done, add broccoli and shrimp. Heat until they are warm. Salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3Good with rice, or as is.
