- 1 1/2 pounds large shrimp, in the shell
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 - scallion, chopped
- 1 - lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons chopped frsh parsley
How To Make lemon and garlic shrimp

Step 1Peel and devein shrimp. Mince garlic and chop the scallion. Squeeze 2 T. lemon juice. Heat butter and oil in large frying pan over medium heat. Add shrimp, garlic and 1 t. salt, stirring until shrimp turns pink, 3-4 minutes. Stir in lemon juice and scallion. Sprinkle with parsley and serve. Makes 4 servings.
