Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 3/4 cups chicken broth
- 1 1/4 cups quick cooking grits
- 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons shrimp scampi spice blends seasoning
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 large corn on the cob
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup asiago cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons chives, bunch
- 1 tablespoon old bay seasoning
How To Make brown butter shrimp scampi and grits

Step 1In a pot, add water and chicken broth and bring to a boil Add grits and cook on low-med heat

Step 2Add cheeses and mix. Set Temp to low to thicken

Step 3In a saute pan, Cook shrimp adding spice blends, and old bay until cooked through

Step 4Set aside. Add corn on the cob, and saute until browned Cut the corn off the cob

Step 5To assemble, Plate the grits, add corn then shrimp. Sprinkle with chives
