- 1 - pre-made pie shell
- 5 - eggs, beaten
- 1 - zucchini, sliced
- 1 - squash, sliced
- 2 cups spinach, fresh
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 - half and half
- 1/2 cup goat cheese, crumbled
- - salt and pepper
How To Make veggie quiche

Step 1pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2add into room temperature pie shell, all the veggies.

Step 3combine the eggs, half & half, goat cheese and salt/pepper

Step 4pour on top of veggies and bake about 30-40 mins, or until eggs set and top is golden brown...let cool before slicing, Enjoy.
