spinach pie
This was my Mom's recipe. It is rich and delicious and a real comfort food with all of the benefits of spinach. what more could you want?

Ingredients
- 1 package pie pastry, prepared top and bottom
- 3 boxes frozen, chopped spinach, (thawed and drained)
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 8 ounces (or more) shredded cheese
- 1 - small can black olives chopped
- 3/4 cup green olives chopped
- - diced pepperoni, ham, cooked sausage or salami (these are the meats that i have tried, but you can use whatever you like)
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
How To Make spinach pie

Step 1Place the bottom pie crust in a deep casserole dish.

Step 2Mix all of the other ingredients in a large bowl and put on top of the pie crust. Top with the second pie crust and seal the edges by pinching together.

Step 3Cut a few steam holes in the top crust.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
