salt and pepper to taste
freshly grated nutmeg to taste

milk (or half cream and half water)

How to Make Porrentruy Cheese Tart


  • 1Make the short crust pastry and line a 9-inch flan ring with it.
  • 2Mix all the ingredients for the filling and spread this over the pastry.
  • 3Cook in a moderate oven (375°F) for 25-35 minutes and serve hot.
