This is a grilled triple decker flour tortilla club sandwich! (Say that 3 times... fast!).

It is totally awesome! You can make it as a meal or as appetizers. We do both...

Great for game days... or anytime!

Ingredients

3 large
flour tortillas
1 Tbsp
butter or margarine
1 Tbsp
mayonnaise
3 - 6 slice
hard salami, sliced thin (or shaved)
3 - 6 slice
turkey, sliced thin (or shaved)
3 - 6 slice
ham, sliced thin (or shaved)
4 - 5 Tbsp
shredded cheese (any)
4 - 6 Tbsp
celery leaves, chopped (or lettuce)
4 - 6 slice
tomato, sliced thin
1 Tbsp
onion (minced or chopped)

ADDITIONAL OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS

dijon mustard, spicy brown mustard or yellow mustard
pasta sauce or salsa in place of mayonnaise.
parmesan cheese
garlic powder sprinkled on outside of tortillas

Step-By-Step

1Buy or make home made flour tortillas.
2You need 3 flour tortillas.
3Spread one side of the first tortilla with butter (or margarine).
4Spread the other side with mayonnaise.

Put butter side down on the griddle.
5Sprinkle with cheese.
6Put on shaved turkey.
7Add shaved ham.
8Add shredded cheese.
9Add shaved salami (or corned beef or pepperoni).
10Put on another flour tortilla.
11Add shredded cheese.
12Add shaved turkey, ham and salami.
13Add cheese, celery leaves, tomato, minced onion.
14When it is all ready, add some cheese.
15Put another flour tortilla (the 3rd one) with mayonnaise on one side and butter on the other... place butter side up.

Grill until heated and browned.
16Flip over carefully to grill the second side.
17Peek at the inside and decide if you want to heat it longer or not.
18Continue grilling until desired results are reached.
19Cut with a pizza cutter into desired size triangles like you would do for a pizza.
20Put your sandwiches onto a platter and serve! Yum!
