This makes a fantastic lunch or dinner. I serve it with a nice vegetable soup and salad for extra greens!

Ingredients
- 3 cans good quality chunk white albacore tuna
- 1/2 cup finely diced white onion
- 1/4 cup diced (seeded) cucumber
- 1/4 cup very finely diced celery
- 2 teaspoons dill pickle relish
- 2 tablespoons chopped, fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
- 2 tablespoons olive oil mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons nonfat greek yogurt
- sea salt & pepper to taste
- spinach leaves (if desired)
- sliced tomatoes (if desired)
- broccoli slaw (if desired)
- whole wheat or high fiber wraps (we use the ole xtreme wellness high fiber low carb tortilla wraps)
How To Make tasty tuna wraps

Step 1Drain tuna and empty cans into a small mixing bowl.

Step 2Add pickle relish, chopped parsley, celery, onion and cucumber, mayonnaise, Yogurt, paprika, dill, salt & pepper. Mix well. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Step 3Line a wrap with spinach leaves, sliced tomato, and sprinkle on some broccoli slaw.

Step 4Spoon on tuna mixture.

Step 5Fold into a wrap, and slice in half if desired.
