Tasty Open Faced Naan Sandwich
If you prefer you could use a large naan bread and place all the ingredients on it. I'm trying to cut back on bread, that's why I choose the mini naan. Either way it tastes great.
It is quick and easy to make and has tons of flavor; makes a great lunch when served with some fresh fruit and yogurt.
