Ingredients
- 1/4 english cucumber seeded and thinly sliced
- 1/4 red onion sliced
- 1 avocado
- salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoons garlic hummus
- 1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts
- 1/2 tomato sliced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 4 slices bread of choice
How To Make sprouts, avocado & hummus sandwich

Step 1Mash the avocado in a bowl. Add the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

Step 2Toast the bread. Spread the avocado mixture on two pieces of bread. Spread the hummus on the other two pieces of bread.

Step 3Add the remaining toppings in any order then close the slices. Cut in half and serve
