Ingredients

  • 1/4 english cucumber seeded and thinly sliced
  • 1/4 red onion sliced
  • 1 avocado
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 tablespoons garlic hummus
  • 1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts
  • 1/2 tomato sliced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 4 slices bread of choice

How To Make sprouts, avocado & hummus sandwich

  • Step 1
    Mash the avocado in a bowl. Add the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
  • Step 2
    Toast the bread. Spread the avocado mixture on two pieces of bread. Spread the hummus on the other two pieces of bread.
  • Step 3
    Add the remaining toppings in any order then close the slices. Cut in half and serve
