I came up with this sandwich for my Sunday lady’s luncheon group. They sometimes ask me to prepare something centered around a single ingredient. So, one of my sweet ladies, leaned over and whispered in my ear… Ham. That is essentially it. They do not care if it a sandwich, soup, stew, casserole… whatever. I almost feel like it is Iron Chef, and the “secret” ingredient. I am waiting for the word, Squid, because I make some mean breaded calamari, and a dipping sauce for the ages. So, you ready… Let’s get into the kitchen.
