I love this recipe, it's lite and healthy without loosing the flavor. I use this for tuna sandwiches, on crackers, lettuce salads, even adding into cottage cheese. It's so versatile and perfect for Hors d'oeuvre it's an any occasion tuna salad.

Ingredients

  • 3, 4oz cans tuna, canned
  • 1/2 cup finely diced green pepper
  • 1/2 cup red pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely diced onion
  • 2 stalks finely diced celery
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill pickle juice
  • 2 large dill pickles finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • dash black pepper
  • dash salt
  • 1/2 clove minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1/8 tablespoon onion powder

How To Make not your average tuna salad

  • Step 1
    Open tuna put in bowl
  • Step 2
    Add diced ingredients and mix into tuna Green pepper, red pepper, onion, celery, dill pickles
  • Step 3
    Add in mayo, dill pickle juice, pepper, salt, lemon Pepper, onion powder, minced garlic, tasting as you go for your perfect flavoring preference.
