this is a sandwich that we had for lunch the other day had left overs out so decided to eat a potato sandwich with my mother simple and a lot of stories to go with it mom talks about living on potatoes and bread when she was young,she had not so fond memories of living on farm, homestead this goes along with her potato soup recipe

    make mashed potatoes or make sure you have left over heat in microwave,spread butter or margarine(any on bread or roll add mash potatoes enough to fill sandwich season if you like top with 2nd slice of bread or make toast
