This will be one of the tastiest curry chicken salad mixtures you have ever had. Full of flavor and texture, this is tasty on its own, with crackers, as a sandwich, or scooped over a bed of greens. Be's addicting!

  • 3 c
    grilled chicken breast, seasoned and diced
  • 1/4 c
    golden raisins
  • 1/4 c
    almonds, slivered
  • 1/4 c
    celery, diced
  • 1/4 c
    gala apple, diced
  • 3 Tbsp
    scallions, chopped
  • 1 c
  • 1/4 c
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    curry powder
  • dash(es)
    salt and pepper

How to Make Curry chicken salad sandwich


  1. Season chicken breast as you like, grill, let cool, dice, and add to medium mixing bowl.
  2. Add raisins, almonds, celery and apple.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayo, honey, curry, salt and pepper.
  4. Add to the chicken bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Serve on bread, or atop a bed of greens for a salad.
