Ingredients
- 3 cups grilled chicken breast, seasoned and diced
- 1/4 cup golden raisins
- 1/4 cup almonds, slivered
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup gala apple, diced
- 3 tablespoons scallions, chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 1/2 tablespoons curry powder
- dash salt and pepper
How To Make curry chicken salad sandwich

Step 1Season chicken breast as you like, grill, let cool, dice, and add to medium mixing bowl.

Step 2Add raisins, almonds, celery and apple.

Step 3In a separate bowl, mix together the mayo, honey, curry, salt and pepper.

Step 4Add to the chicken bowl and toss to coat evenly.

Step 5Serve on bread, or atop a bed of greens for a salad.
