Ingredients
- 4 4-6 oz. cod fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons plain, nonfat greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons bottled lemon juice or a tbsp. fresh!
- 2 teaspoons dried dill
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 stalk celery, very finely diced
- 1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and ground pepper to taste
- whole wheat hot dog buns, toasted
- lettuce and tomato (optional)
How To Make cod fish rolls

Step 1Prepare cod according to package directions. Flake the fish; refrigerate until chilled.

Step 2Stir remaining ingredients (except hot dog buns and lettuce & tomato) into flaked fish. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Step 3layer lettuce and thinly sliced tomato into toasted hot dog bun and spoon fish mixture generously into toasted bun.

Step 4NOTE: You can make this Keto friendly by serving it up on lettuce leaves.
