- 1 avocado, peeled and pitted
- 2 tablespoons Kewpie or regular mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- salt and pepper

How To Make avocado egg salad sandwich

Step 1Boil the eggs about 10 minutes until hard boiled. Remove eggs to a ice bath. Let cool. Peel and mash with the avocado.
