simple pork ribs and saurkraut
This is one of my childhood favorites, my family , (my Hubby and my kids do not like it so I don't get to have it often). It is very good.

Ingredients
- 2=3 pounds baby back pork ribs
- 1 quart sauerkraut
- 1 cup brown sugar
- - salt and pepper
How To Make simple pork ribs and saurkraut

Step 1Cut ribs apart, salt and pepper both sides well. Place in baking dish, bake covered in 350 degree oven about 2 hours.

Step 2Remove from oven and cover ribs with sauerkraut, sprinkle with brown sugar cover and return to oven bake another hour.

Step 3I usually serve this with Mashed potatoes and butter but you can use what your family likes.
