baby back ribs
These ribs start out in the oven and move to the grill for a nice smokey flavor. One of my favorite Memorial Day or Labor Day rib recipes.

How To Make baby back ribs
-
Step 1Combine the dry rub ingredients.
-
Step 2Pull the silver skin membrane off the back of the ribs. Dry the ribs with a paper towel. Rub the dry rub over both sides of the ribs. You may not need it all, so make sure you sprinkle it on and not contaminate the leftover dry rub. You may want to sprinkle more on the ribs when serving.
-
Step 3Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Place the ribs in a roasting pan and cover tightly with heavy duty foil.
-
Step 4Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
-
Step 5Prepare your grill about 20 minutes before ribs are ready to come out of the oven for a charcoal grill.
-
Step 6Once the grill is medium-hot, place the ribs on the grill. Grill for 15 minutes on each side, flipping occasionally as needed. Put sauce on the ribs about 10 minutes prior to removing from the grill. Do not put sauce on too early or it will scorch.
-
Step 7Enjoy!!
