This casserole instantly became a family favorite~
It is easy and a crowd pleaser, if your cooking for a big bunch. Just try it, and enjoy the blended flavors of Ham, Tatters, and Cheese. A southern recipe to satisphy your taste b uds. Enjoy!!!
Ingredients

2 can(s)whole potatoes

1 can(s)cream of mushroom soup

1 can(s)cream of celery soup
-
1 jar(s)cheese sauce
-
1chopped onion or green onions w/ stems
-
3 cleft over ham chunks
-
1 can(s)soup can of milk
How to Make Yummy Ham & Tatter Cheesey Casserole
- Heat your oven to 350.
Using a 9x13 in. baking pan or glass dish, spray w/non-stick cooking spray. Have it ready, but set aside for now. - Open the cans of soup and heat together in a sauce pan till diluted, stir occassionally.
- Have jar of cheese sauce open and ready to pour.
In your pan or dish, pour drained cans of tatters.Next add the Ham. Pour the soup mixture over the tatters and Ham. Add a dash of pepper and salt, then pour the cheese sauce all ov er it. - Last, gently mix altogether. Bake in oven till bubbly. You can switch out the Ham for Spam or Beef. I have not tried it w/chicken? Be creative and try other meats in it....Enjoy~
