Quick and easy meal that can be double or triple. Just in time for winter. In this dish there is sausage and you can substitute for pork, chicken, turkey or vegetarian crumble. I serve mine with cheese Texas garlic toast.

Ingredients
- 6 ounces 50% less-fat bulk breakfast sausage
- 6 ounces sliced mushroom
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper flakes
- 1 can 15oz white beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
How To Make white beans and sausage

Step 1Coat skillet with cooking spray Add sausage and cook until no longer pink. Set aside on a plate.

Step 2Add mushrooms onion, red bell peppers Italian seasoning and pepper flakes. Coat the veggie wit cooking spray and cook for 4 minutes.

Step 3Ad bean, water and sausage. Stir to blend. Cook 5minutes heat through.Remove from heat and stir in parsley and salt. Serve over rice.
