2-1/2 lbpork loin roast, cut in 4 or 5 pieces

1 cred bell pepper strips

1 cfrozen green beans, thawed

1/4 cteriyaki sauce

2 Tbspwhite wine vinegar

1 tspcrushed red pepper, or less

2 clovegarlic, minced

1/4 ccreamy peanut butter

6 chot cooked basmati rice

1/2 cchopped green onions
-
3 Tbspchopped, dry-roasted peanuts
How To Make thai-style pork stew

1Trim fat from pork loin. Place pork, bell pepper, green beans, teriyaki sauce, vinegar, red pepper, and garlic in crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours.

2Remove pork and chop. Add the peanut butter to liquid in slow cooker; stir until well blended. Stir in the chopped pork.

3Combine stew and the hot cooked rice in a large serving bowl or individual bowls, topped with chopped green onions and chopped peanuts.
