Ingredients
- 2-1/2 pound pork loin roast, cut in 4 or 5 pieces
- 1 cup red bell pepper strips
- 1 cup frozen green beans, thawed
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper, or less
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 6 cups hot cooked basmati rice
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 3 tablespoons chopped, dry-roasted peanuts
How To Make thai-style pork stew

Step 1Trim fat from pork loin. Place pork, bell pepper, green beans, teriyaki sauce, vinegar, red pepper, and garlic in crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours.

Step 2Remove pork and chop. Add the peanut butter to liquid in slow cooker; stir until well blended. Stir in the chopped pork.

Step 3Combine stew and the hot cooked rice in a large serving bowl or individual bowls, topped with chopped green onions and chopped peanuts.
