This is my husband's recipe and it only takes about 30 minutes, start to finish. Easy everyday dish that also is a hit with company!

Ingredients
- 1 bottle taco sauce or salsa.
- 1 tablespoon vegtable oil
- 1 can diced green chilis (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 - boneless porkchops 1/2" thick
How To Make texmex pork chops

Step 1Heat oil in heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chops on one side, about 2 minutes. Turn chops. Add taco sauce, chilies and cumin to skillet: mix well. Lower heat, cover and barely simmer for 12 minutes. Uncover, top each chop with one or two tablespoons of cheese. Cover and simmer an additional 2-3 minutes, until cheese melts. Serve immediately.
