  • 4 - 3/4-inch thick, boneless pork chops
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup chunkt style salsa
  • 4 ounces can chopped green chilies, undrained

How To Make tex-mex pork chops

  • Step 1
    In a large skillet over medium high hest, brown chops in oil on one side about 2 minutes, turn chops. Add salsa and chilies to skillet, lower heat, cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
