How to Make TEX-MEX PORK CHOPS
- In a large skillet over medium high hest, brown chops in oil on one side about 2 minutes, turn chops. Add salsa and chilies to skillet, lower heat, cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
