How to Make Tangy Pork Skillet
- In a large non-stick skillet, season chops to taste, brown pork chops on one side over medium high heat. If the skillet is full, brown the chops in 2 batches so they brown well. ( I doubled my recipe and didn't overcook the chops).
- Remove browned chops to platter and keep warm.
- Add remaining ingredients to pan, stirring to blend. Return all chops to pan, and turn them so the browned side is up. (I browned both sides of the pork chops).
- Cover and simmer for 5 to 8 minutes, or until meat is tender.
