Ingredients

  • 1
    12 oz jar low-sugar orange marmalade
  • 1/4 c
    orange juice
  • 3 Tbsp
    dijon style mustard
  • 1/4 c
    flour
  • 1/4 tsp
    each, salt and pepper
  • 4
    pork loin chops
  • 2 Tbsp
    canola oil

How to Make Tangy orange pork chops

Step-by-Step

  1. In bowl, combine marmalade, orange juice, mustard. Mix well. In shallow bowl, combine flour, salt and pepper.
  2. Coat each pork chop w/ flour mix. Heat oil in lg skillet, over med-high heat. Brown chops about 4 mins per side. Reduce heat to low.
  3. Pour orange sauce over chops. Cover and simmer 5 mins. Uncover and simmer for about 7 mins more, or until sauce thickens and chops are cooked through. Spoon sauce over chops.
