How to Make Tangy orange pork chops
- In bowl, combine marmalade, orange juice, mustard. Mix well. In shallow bowl, combine flour, salt and pepper.
- Coat each pork chop w/ flour mix. Heat oil in lg skillet, over med-high heat. Brown chops about 4 mins per side. Reduce heat to low.
- Pour orange sauce over chops. Cover and simmer 5 mins. Uncover and simmer for about 7 mins more, or until sauce thickens and chops are cooked through. Spoon sauce over chops.
