Ingredients
- 1 - 12 oz jar low-sugar orange marmalade
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 3 tablespoons dijon style mustard
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon each, salt and pepper
- 4 - pork loin chops
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
How To Make tangy orange pork chops

Step 1In bowl, combine marmalade, orange juice, mustard. Mix well. In shallow bowl, combine flour, salt and pepper.

Step 2Coat each pork chop w/ flour mix. Heat oil in lg skillet, over med-high heat. Brown chops about 4 mins per side. Reduce heat to low.

Step 3Pour orange sauce over chops. Cover and simmer 5 mins. Uncover and simmer for about 7 mins more, or until sauce thickens and chops are cooked through. Spoon sauce over chops.
