Ingredients

12 oz jar low-sugar orange marmalade
1/4 c
orange juice
3 Tbsp
dijon style mustard
1/4 c
flour
1/4 tsp
each, salt and pepper
4
pork loin chops
2 Tbsp
canola oil

How to Make Tangy orange pork chops

Step-by-Step

  • 1In bowl, combine marmalade, orange juice, mustard. Mix well. In shallow bowl, combine flour, salt and pepper.
  • 2Coat each pork chop w/ flour mix. Heat oil in lg skillet, over med-high heat. Brown chops about 4 mins per side. Reduce heat to low.
  • 3Pour orange sauce over chops. Cover and simmer 5 mins. Uncover and simmer for about 7 mins more, or until sauce thickens and chops are cooked through. Spoon sauce over chops.
