1 mediumonion, sliced into rings
1 mediumgreen pepper, sliced into rings
3 Tbspflour, plain
1/2 cbrown sugar
1/4 csoy sauce
How to Make Sweet & Sour Pork Chops
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 X 13 inch baking pan with cooking spray. Combine flour, brown sugar and salt. Coat each pork chop in flour mixture. Arrange pork chops in baking dish. Pour any remaining flour mixture evenly over the pork chops.
- Place onion rings and green pepper rings over the pork chops. In a separate bowl combine; soy sauce, vinegar and water. Pour over the pork chops.
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees 1 hour.
