sweet & sour pork chops
My husband and I love chinese food. One of my husband's favorite is sweet & sour pork, which is deep fried. Due to health problems, he has to be on a very low fat diet. I'm a diabetic. This dish balances both areas of concern without losing any flavor. It give him all the flavor of a sweet & sour pork dish that him desires but without the fat and it gives me the same without over the top sugar. Everyone who has tried them gives them raves review and always leaves with the recipe.
