Ingredients
- 5 large sweet onions, sliced and lightly sauteed
- 1 pound sausage meat, browned and drained
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 small jar of pimento
- 12 - crushed crackers
- - butter to dot crackers
How To Make sweet onion & sausage casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350° F.

Step 2Combine all ingredients except the crackers and butter; and transfer to a large casserole dish.

Step 3Top with crackers, dot with butter and bake for 30 minutes or until crackers are golden brown. Serve warm.
