There's no better way to cook BBQ ribs than low and slow. Put these incredible ribs in the slow cooker in the morning and come home from work to a wonderful meal! A great alternative when the weather is just too hot to grill out or have the oven on. Always tender, juicy and delicious! The fastest and easiest dinner recipe ever... so easy and so good.

Ingredients

  • 3-4 pounds pork spareribs or country-style pork ribs (i use boneless country-style pork ribs)
  • 1 medium onion, sliced (optional)
  • 1 bottle 16 oz. any bottled bbq sauce or 2 cups homemade. (recommended: kraft slow simmered sweet honey.)
  • - salt and pepper, garlic powder

How To Make delicious bbq pork ribs for the crockpot (easy!)

  • Step 1
    Sprinkle ribs with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Place ribs in large pan and fry just long enough to become golden brown and remove excess fat. Not necessary to cook all the way through.
  • Step 2
    Place sliced onions, if using, in slow cooker. Slice ribs into serving pieces and add to onions. Pour in BBQ sauce to completely cover.

    Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Always tender, juicy and wonderful.
