- 4 - boneless pork loin chops, 1"-thick
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch

Step 1Sprinkle both sides of chops w// salt and pepper. In lg skillet over medium heat, heat oil Brown chops on both sides.

Step 2In bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour sauce over chops. Cover pan, reduce heat to low and simmer about 10 mins, or until no longer pink inside. Spoon sauce over chops and serve.
