The glaze for these chops is awesome. The juice gives it a sweetness, while the mustard gives them a bite. Yum!

    boneless pork loin chops, 1"-thick
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp
    canola oil
  • 1/2 c
    orange juice
  • 1/2 c
    dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey
  • 2 tsp
    cornstarch

How To Make succulent glazed pork chops

    Sprinkle both sides of chops w// salt and pepper. In lg skillet over medium heat, heat oil Brown chops on both sides.

    In bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour sauce over chops. Cover pan, reduce heat to low and simmer about 10 mins, or until no longer pink inside. Spoon sauce over chops and serve.
