Makes 6 servings
Ingredients
- 6 - pork chops, 3/4-inches thick. with pockets cut
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped c4elery
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- - enough milk to moisten dressing and for soup
How To Make stuffed pork chops

Step 1Combine bread crumbs, celery, onion, parsley, salt, paprika and milk. Blend well. Add milk to moisten . Fill pockets with dressing. Place in 9x13-inch baking dish. Dilute 1 can of mushroom soup with 1/3 can of milk, and cover chops with soup. Cover pan with foil and bake 1 hour. Remove foil and bake 30 minutes longer. Makes 6 servings.
