Ingredients

1 pkg
grilling chorizo sausage, out of casings
1 tsp
cumin, powder
1/2 tsp
chipotle chili powder
1/4 c
caramelized or grilled onions
2 oz
frisée
2 medium
roma tomatoes, sliced
12
slider buns

GUACAMOLE

1 large
avocado smashed
1 large
garlic clove, grated
zest & juice of 1 lime
1 Tbsp
cilantro, chopped
habanero sea salt to taste
1/2 tsp
crushed red pepper flakes

How to Make Spicy Yucatan Sliders

Step-by-Step

  • 1Add cumin and chipotle chili powder to chorizo, form sausage into 3 inch patties. Prep grill to medium high heat. Grill burgers for 2 minutes and flip and grill for an additional minute or so until juices run clear.
  • 2Meanwhile, combine all guacamole ingredients together. Mix well.
  • 3Build your sliders. Assemble bottom half of buns, frisée, tomato, burger, guacamole, onions and top with bun. Enjoy!
