Ingredients
- 1 package grilling chorizo sausage, out of casings
- 1 teaspoon cumin, powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
- 1/4 cup caramelized or grilled onions
- 2 ounces frisée
- 2 medium roma tomatoes, sliced
- 12 - slider buns
- GUACAMOLE
- 1 large avocado smashed
- 1 large garlic clove, grated
- - zest & juice of 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
- - habanero sea salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
How To Make spicy yucatan sliders

Step 1Add cumin and chipotle chili powder to chorizo, form sausage into 3 inch patties. Prep grill to medium high heat. Grill burgers for 2 minutes and flip and grill for an additional minute or so until juices run clear.

Step 2Meanwhile, combine all guacamole ingredients together. Mix well.

Step 3Build your sliders. Assemble bottom half of buns, frisée, tomato, burger, guacamole, onions and top with bun. Enjoy!
