Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin, cubed
- 1 large onions, diced
- 4 - celery ribs, diced
- 6 cans 15 1/2 oz. great northern beans, drained and rinsed
- 4 cans 14 1/2 oz. chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 2 - seeded and diced jalapenos or substitute green chilies
- 2 teaspoons good quality chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper,cayene, ground cumin, salt and black pepper
- 2 - garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce, optional
- 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
- 3 tablespoons butter
How To Make spicy pork chili

Step 1In a dutch oven cook pork, onions, celery in butter until meat is browned. Stir in beans, broth, water peppers and spices add hot sauce if desired.

Step 2Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.

Step 3Uncover simmer 30-40 mins. longer or until chili reaches desired consistency. Serve and sprinkle with cheese.
