Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon chipotle pepper
- 1 pound pork tenderloin, trimmed, cut crosswise into 1"-slices
- 2 teaspoons canola oil
- 1/4 cup apple cider
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
How To Make spicy maple-glazed pork

Step 1In small bowl, mix together chili powder, salt and chipotle pepper. Sprinkle over both sides of pork. Heatoil in lg skillet over med-high heat.

Step 2Add pork slices to skillet. Cook 2-4 mins per side. Add cider, syrup and vinegar. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium. Cook pork, turning pork a couple of times to coat.

Step 3Cook until sauce is a thick glaze. Serve pork drizzled w/ sauce.
