Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon chipotle pepper
  • 1 pound pork tenderloin, trimmed, cut crosswise into 1"-slices
  • 2 teaspoons canola oil
  • 1/4 cup apple cider
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cider vinegar

How To Make spicy maple-glazed pork

  • Step 1
    In small bowl, mix together chili powder, salt and chipotle pepper. Sprinkle over both sides of pork. Heatoil in lg skillet over med-high heat.
  • Step 2
    Add pork slices to skillet. Cook 2-4 mins per side. Add cider, syrup and vinegar. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium. Cook pork, turning pork a couple of times to coat.
  • Step 3
    Cook until sauce is a thick glaze. Serve pork drizzled w/ sauce.
