  • 1 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/8 tsp
    chipotle pepper
  • 1 lb
    pork tenderloin, trimmed, cut crosswise into 1"-slices
  • 2 tsp
    canola oil
  • 1/4 c
    apple cider
  • 1 Tbsp
    pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp
    cider vinegar

How to Make Spicy maple-glazed pork


  1. In small bowl, mix together chili powder, salt and chipotle pepper. Sprinkle over both sides of pork. Heatoil in lg skillet over med-high heat.
  2. Add pork slices to skillet. Cook 2-4 mins per side. Add cider, syrup and vinegar. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium. Cook pork, turning pork a couple of times to coat.
  3. Cook until sauce is a thick glaze. Serve pork drizzled w/ sauce.
