Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, clementine
- 2 pinches habanero sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon course black pepper
- 2 large peaches, ¼" slices
- VINAIGRETTE
- 4 tablespoons olive oil, clementine
- 1 teaspoon juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon sugar or 1 paket of truvia
- 1-2 pinch salt
- OTHER SALAD FIXIN'S
- 4 ounces mache rosettes
- 1/4 small red onion, sliced thin
- 4 ounces proscuitto slices, thin & torn
- 2 ounces herb goat cheese
How To Make spicy grilled peaches & proscuitto salad plate

Step 1Add olive, salt and pepper to peaches. Mix.

Step 2Grill peach slices in a large heated grill pan for 2-3 mintes on each side until you have golden grill marks. Remove from pan.

Step 3Meanwhile, whisk vinaigrette ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Toss mache and red onion ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. On each salad plate, add mache rosettes, red onion, peaches, proscuitto and goat cheese crumbles. Drizzle with vinaigrette
