Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon each, salt & pepper
- 6 - lean pork loin chops
- 1/2 cup light cream
- 2 tablespoons sliced fresh basil leaves
How To Make so easy moist & creamy basil pork chops

Step 1Heat oil in lg skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, salt and pepper. Saute for 3 mins. Add chops. Saute m10 min per side, or until no longer pink inside.

Step 2Remove chops to plate. Whisk cream into pan drippings. Cook, whisking, until slightly thickened. Add basil.

Step 3Pour basil sauce over chops. Great served w/ basil mashed potatoes!
