Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon each, salt & pepper
  • 6 - lean pork loin chops
  • 1/2 cup light cream
  • 2 tablespoons sliced fresh basil leaves

How To Make so easy moist & creamy basil pork chops

  • Step 1
    Heat oil in lg skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, salt and pepper. Saute for 3 mins. Add chops. Saute m10 min per side, or until no longer pink inside.
  • Step 2
    Remove chops to plate. Whisk cream into pan drippings. Cook, whisking, until slightly thickened. Add basil.
  • Step 3
    Pour basil sauce over chops. Great served w/ basil mashed potatoes!
