How to Make So easy moist & creamy basil pork chops
- 1Heat oil in lg skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, salt and pepper. Saute for 3 mins. Add chops. Saute m10 min per side, or until no longer pink inside.
- 2Remove chops to plate. Whisk cream into pan drippings. Cook, whisking, until slightly thickened. Add basil.
- 3Pour basil sauce over chops. Great served w/ basil mashed potatoes!
