  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 2 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp
    each, salt & pepper
  • 6
    lean pork loin chops
  • 1/2 c
    light cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    sliced fresh basil leaves

How to Make So easy moist & creamy basil pork chops


  1. Heat oil in lg skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, salt and pepper. Saute for 3 mins. Add chops. Saute m10 min per side, or until no longer pink inside.
  2. Remove chops to plate. Whisk cream into pan drippings. Cook, whisking, until slightly thickened. Add basil.
  3. Pour basil sauce over chops. Great served w/ basil mashed potatoes!
