Ingredients
- 1 package smoked sausage, cut in 1/2" slices
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed and drained
- 16 ounces cheez whiz
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
How To Make smoked sausage & cheesy rice bake

Step 1In a large bowl, combine the rice, onion, pepper, peas and cheez whiz.

Step 2Spoon the mixture into a lightly buttered 2-qt. casserole dish. Evenly place sausage into and throughout the mixture; top with shredded cheddar.

Step 3Bake uncovered in a pre-heated 375-degree oven for 20-30 minutes or until it is bubbly and browned on top.
