Ingredients
- 6 large boneless pork chops
- 1/2 package baby roast potatoes, frozen
- 1 can (10.5oz )cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup spicy dijon mustard
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 cups green peas, frozen
How To Make slow cooker spicy dijon mushroom pork chops

Step 1Place pork chops on bottom of slow cooker.

Step 2Place potatoes evenly over the pork.

Step 3Combine soup, broth, mustard, onions and pepper.

Step 4Pour soup mixture over pork and potatoes.

Step 5Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.

Step 6Add peas the last 20 minutes of cook time.
