Simple and Delicious with very little fuss. Nice meal for that long day at work, or that nice romantic dinner with your special someone. ( don want to slaving over the oven, when you have better things to do);)

Ingredients

  • 6 large boneless pork chops
  • 1/2 package baby roast potatoes, frozen
  • 1 can (10.5oz )cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup spicy dijon mustard
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 cups green peas, frozen

How To Make slow cooker spicy dijon mushroom pork chops

  • Step 1
    Place pork chops on bottom of slow cooker.
  • Step 2
    Place potatoes evenly over the pork.
  • Step 3
    Combine soup, broth, mustard, onions and pepper.
  • Step 4
    Pour soup mixture over pork and potatoes.
  • Step 5
    Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
  • Step 6
    Add peas the last 20 minutes of cook time.
