Ingredients
- 2/3 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 3 1/2 pounds pork shoulder, timmed and cut into 4 chunks
How To Make slow cooked pulled pork

Step 1In a 6 qt. crock pot combine all ingredients except the pork shoulder and whisk together well.

Step 2Add the pork, turn to cover with sauce.

Step 3Cook on low 8-10 hours or until temperature reaches 165 degrees F.

Step 4Remove the pork, shred by pulling it apart using two forks. Discard any remaining fat pieces.

Step 5Return the meat to the crockpot and stir until well coated in the sauce.
