Slow Cooker Crock Pot
pork shoulder, timmed and cut into 4 chunks
How to Make Slow Cooked Pulled Pork
1In a 6 qt. crock pot combine all ingredients except the pork shoulder and whisk together well.
2Add the pork, turn to cover with sauce.
3Cook on low 8-10 hours or until temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
4Remove the pork, shred by pulling it apart using two forks. Discard any remaining fat pieces.
5Return the meat to the crockpot and stir until well coated in the sauce.
