Slow Cooked Pulled Pork

Ingredients

2/3 cworcestershire sauce
-
1/2 cketchup
-
1/4 cdark brown sugar
-
1/4 ctomato paste
-
1 mediumchopped onion
-
2 Tbspprepared mustard
-
2 Tbspvinegar
-
3 1/2 lbpork shoulder, timmed and cut into 4 chunks
How to Make Slow Cooked Pulled Pork
- In a 6 qt. crock pot combine all ingredients except the pork shoulder and whisk together well.
- Add the pork, turn to cover with sauce.
- Cook on low 8-10 hours or until temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
- Remove the pork, shred by pulling it apart using two forks. Discard any remaining fat pieces.
- Return the meat to the crockpot and stir until well coated in the sauce.
