    pork cutlets
  • 2 to 4 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup, fat free
  • 1 medium
    sweet onion, chopped
  • 5 to 6 Tbsp
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Skillet Pork Cutlets


  1. Heat oil in skillet, medium heat. Lightly brown cutlets, onions and salt/pepper. Combine soup, ketchup and worcestershire, pour over cutlets. Cover and simmer 25 to 30 mins, or until cutlets are tender.
