This is so good and tender.We love this recipe.Good for a big crowd.

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 2 teaspoons lemon pepper
  • 1 - boneless pork loin 5 pounds
  • - basting sauce
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 -1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon crused red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel

How To Make seasoned pork loin

  • Step 1
    Combine the garlic salt and lemon pepper rub over roast. Place on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.Bake ,uncovered at 325 for 2 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 160.
  • Step 2
    Meanwhile,in large saucepan, combine the basting sauce ingredients.Bring to boil reduce heat.Simmer,uncovered for 10 minutes .
  • Step 3
    Brush over roast occasionally while baking.Let roast stand for 10 minutes befor slicing.15 to 18 servings.
