1 pkgjimmy dean sausage (roll)

1 largesweet or yellow onion , chopped

1 largecarrots, chopped

5 crice, cooked and hot
How to Make Sausage and lentils over rice
- start cooking rice, boil lentils, drain and set aside.
- Meanwhile, saute carrots and onions in a tbsp or so of olive oil. When halfway cooked add the sausage and cook until browned and veggies are nicely browned as well. Add lentils and toss together. Salt and pepper as needed.
- Serve over the rice, yum!
