Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/3 cup sauerkraut, drained
  • 1/3 cup light sour cream
  • 4 - bonless pork chops
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt

How To Make sauerkraut pork chops

  • Step 1
    Set oven rack 5" from heat. Preheat broiler. Melt butter in lg skillet, over med-high heat. Stir in onions. Cook until soft and slightly browned.
  • Step 2
    Remove from heat. In a bowl, stir together 1/2 tsp paprika, sauerkraut, onions and sour cream. season chops w/ pepper, garlic salt and remaining paprika.
  • Step 3
    Broil chops for 6 mins. Flip over and broil another 6 mins. Remove from onion. Spread sauerkraut and onion mix over chops. Broil 1-2 mins.
