  • 2 tsp
  • 1 large
    onion, thinly sliced
  • 1-1/2 tsp
  • 1/3 c
    sauerkraut, drained
  • 1/3 c
    light sour cream
  • 4
    bonless pork chops
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1 tsp
    garlic salt

How to Make sauerkraut pork chops


  1. Set oven rack 5" from heat. Preheat broiler. Melt butter in lg skillet, over med-high heat. Stir in onions. Cook until soft and slightly browned.
  2. Remove from heat. In a bowl, stir together 1/2 tsp paprika, sauerkraut, onions and sour cream. season chops w/ pepper, garlic salt and remaining paprika.
  3. Broil chops for 6 mins. Flip over and broil another 6 mins. Remove from onion. Spread sauerkraut and onion mix over chops. Broil 1-2 mins.
