Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1-1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/3 cup sauerkraut, drained
- 1/3 cup light sour cream
- 4 - bonless pork chops
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
How To Make sauerkraut pork chops

Step 1Set oven rack 5" from heat. Preheat broiler. Melt butter in lg skillet, over med-high heat. Stir in onions. Cook until soft and slightly browned.

Step 2Remove from heat. In a bowl, stir together 1/2 tsp paprika, sauerkraut, onions and sour cream. season chops w/ pepper, garlic salt and remaining paprika.

Step 3Broil chops for 6 mins. Flip over and broil another 6 mins. Remove from onion. Spread sauerkraut and onion mix over chops. Broil 1-2 mins.
