I made this sauce one day for another dish and had some left over, so I used it on boneless pork chops and they came out very yummy:)

  • 6
    boneless pork chops, trimmed of any fat
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1
    4.5 oz can crushed tomatoes
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/4 c
    light brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    yellow mustard
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp

How to Make saucy BBQ-style pork chops


  1. Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9 x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray.
  2. In lg skillet, over med-high heat, brown both sides of chops in oil. Place chops in baking pan.
  3. In bowl, combine remaining ingredients, mix well. Spoon sauce over chops. Bake, uncovered for 20 min, or until pork is no longer pink inside.
