1Cook pasta as directed, drain, keep warm. In medium bowl, stir together cumin, chili powder and 2 tsp oil. Add pork chunks, stir to coat.
Heat remaining oil in lg skillet over med-high heat. Add pork chunks. Cook until browned, turning occasionaly. Remove pork from pan. Add onion and 2 tbsp broth.Cook, stirring over medium heat for 3 mins. Stir in salsa, remaining broth and beans. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to med-low and simmer 5 mins, stirring often. Return pork to skillet. Heat through. Place pasta in serving bowls,and top w/ stew. Garnish each serving w/ avocado slices and a dollop of sour cream.
