Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
- 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper each
- 1 pound pork tenderloin
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 - red onion, cut into wedges
- 3 - cooking apples, cut into wedges.
- 2/3 cup apple cider
How To Make roasted pork w/ apples

Step 1In small bowl, combine sage, salt and pepper. Rub mix on all sides of pork. Heat oven to 425.

Step 2In lg skillet, over med-high heat, brown pork on all sides. Place pork in a roasting pan. Place onion wedges around pork. Roast uncovered for 10 ins.Place apple wedges arond pork and roast another 15 min or until no longer pink inside.

Step 3transfer pork, onions and apples to a platter, keep warm. In small saucepan bring appl cider to a boil. Simmer gently until reduced to 1/3 cup. Drizzle over pork, onions and apples.
