This is a recipe that is so good and so easy. This is my favorite meat to serve to large groups. Tastes great and it is so easy!

Ingredients

  • 1 large pork loin, boneless
  • - olive oil
  • - canadian steak seasoning

How To Make roasted pork loin

  • Step 1
    Unwrap pork loin and wash, then dry with paper towels. Score down the fat side about 1/2 inch deep with sharp knife. Then rub generously with olive oil. Sprinkle heavily with Canadian Steak Seasoning on all sides. Place on rack in disposable full pan. Roast will fit, turning diagonally if necessary. Place in pre-heated 375 degree oven and cook for 2 1/2 hours without opening door. At the end of cooking time, allow to rest 20 minutes before slicing. Use electric knife for thin, uniform slices.
