This burger is so juicy and very filling. Don't slack on quality when buying the buns to go with this. You definitely don't want a bun that falls apart or one that is dry. Enjoy all this burger is with a few of your own favorite toppings.

ground turkey, lean
2 pkg
ramien noodles, crushed
2 large
sweet onion, sliced thin
2 large
1/8 tsp
cheyenne pepper
1 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp
garlic powder
1/8 tsp
curry powder
1/2 c
carrot, shredded
1/4 c
bread crumbs, dry
1 lb
mushrooms, sliced

How to Make Purkey Ramien Burgers


  • 1Mix together in large bowl, pork, turkey, eggs, Worcestershire, carrots, bread crumbs, crushed ramien noodles(including sauce packets), and spices. Cover and Refrigerate for one hour.
  • 2After meat mixture has settled in the fridge for an hour, mold into approximately 1/4 pound patties.
  • 3Spray 2 large frying pans, cook 4 patties in each pan. After patties are cooked on one side, turn over.
  • 4Split up the sliced onions and mushrooms and place on top of burgers. Cover and cook an additional 10 minutes
