Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 pound ground turkey, lean
- 2 packages ramien noodles, crushed
- 2 large sweet onion, sliced thin
- 2 large eggs
- 1/8 teaspoon cheyenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 cup carrot, shredded
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs, dry
- 1 pound mushrooms, sliced
How To Make purkey ramien burgers

Step 1Mix together in large bowl, pork, turkey, eggs, Worcestershire, carrots, bread crumbs, crushed ramien noodles(including sauce packets), and spices. Cover and Refrigerate for one hour.

Step 2After meat mixture has settled in the fridge for an hour, mold into approximately 1/4 pound patties.

Step 3Spray 2 large frying pans, cook 4 patties in each pan. After patties are cooked on one side, turn over.

Step 4Split up the sliced onions and mushrooms and place on top of burgers. Cover and cook an additional 10 minutes
