Another one from WQED "One Skillet" cookbook...really good, really easy! Just put it in the crock pot and go about your business! This is one of my favorites!

Ingredients
- 3-5 pounds pork roast, or mixed pork pcs (center cut & sirloin chops)
- 4 cups water
- 3 - beef or chicken bouillon cubes
- - garlic powder, to taste
- - coarse or kosher salt, to taste
- - fresh ground black pepper, to taste
- 12 ounces bottle chili sauce
- 2-3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 4-6 dashes low sodium soy sauce
- 2/3 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 5 dashes hot sauce
- 12 - whole wheat kaiser rolls
How To Make pulled pork bbq

Step 1Place meat in slow cooker; add water and bouillon. Season with garlic powder, salt & pepper. Cook on "HIGH" 4-6 hrs or til meat is very tender. Remove meat; set aside to cool slightly. Discard liquid.

Step 2Shred meat with fingers, discarding any fat or bones. Return meat to slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Cook on "HIGH" for another 30-60 minutes longer. (If left unattended longer than 1 hr, set temperature to "LOW".)

Step 3Stir well again and serve on whole wheat kaiser rolls.
