1Wisk egg in pour into pie plate. Crush potato chips and place in another pie plate. Dip bread in egg and coat both sides. Lightly press bread into crushed potato chips on one side only.
2Melt butter in non stick pan, cook bread on both sides till brown. Remove bread and add more butter if necessary, place thinly sliced, peeled pear into pan. Sprinkle with a little brown sugar and 1/8 tsp. of cinnamon. Cook until tender.
3Place ham, cheese, cooked pears on bread and enjoy.
